Norco is a nice area. Off a majority street near a lot of conveniences. The outside of the hotel facility is nice, even the parking lot but from my experience there needs to be security or better regulations as one of your exit doors someone had held open by a rock. Horrible parking and a car with no license plate. Office reception area was clean except no coffee but once you get inside absolutely disgusting. I have never felt so grossed out by a building. It smelt of gin and people smoking marijuana in my face. Finger prints brown smeared markings on the walls underneath and God knows what else in the second room they gave. The blinds broken. Drawers left open and an envelope asking for tip for housecleaning: My tip: hire new housecleaning staff. Really deep clean and invest in some money to fix or replace what's broken or torn. Stains on the carpet. New management and house cleaning staff is needed but the front desk associates were 5/5 stars.
Honestly even though they refunded me I would like the whole amount I paid for back as they only refunded me $76 out of $93 which is BS as I never even used the rooms except to wash my hands bc I was so disgusted
