"I booked and paid for a two-room suite, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't available and they gave me a single room with two queen beds."

"Staff friendly, check in quick, beds comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was reallygood."

"Loved our stay, breakfast had many options, and the staff was very helpful."

"The room was quiet, clean, large and comfortable. I appreciated the thermostat for managing temperature. I would appreciate if the vending would have had some nuts or other healthy snack options. I also prefer that the check in included touchless options. Especially when you have your hands full and digging for a hard card is nit convenient. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

"Very good for transit and business travel."

"The lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful the next morning."

"It still has its home feeling, good restaurant & bar. Rooms are very clean, I'm only reserved that the furnishings have never been updated. Chairs are worn, s is the furniture."

"Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time"

"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows."
