"The property has been totally remodeled and is in great shape. The staff is outstanding and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety of options both hot and cold. The downside might be if you were on the second floor (which I was not) there is no elevator. My guess is you could request a ground floor room and they would accommodate. I did have an issue with the air conditioning on the second night of my stay which was addressed and corrected immediately. The staff...

"Very good for transit and business travel."

"Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time"

"Good"

"The lady at check in was very pleasant and helpful the next morning."

"Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

"No blanket on the bed. I had to ask for one each night as housekeeping took it away. Internet went out on last night of stay."

"Staff friendly, check in quick, beds comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was reallygood."

"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows."

"It still has its home feeling, good restaurant & bar. Rooms are very clean, I'm only reserved that the furnishings have never been updated. Chairs are worn, s is the furniture."

"I booked and paid for a two-room suite, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't available and they gave me a single room with two queen beds."

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like."
