"Stayed at the Aida in Kansas City and honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. The space is HUGE. my room felt more like a full suite than a standard hotel room. "Stay was nice, property was cute and smelled good. The room was spacious and well designed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner though there were hairs and other debris in the shower before we used it and parking was not the best but I would stay at this location again."

"1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. "

"Clean room. Walls are a bit paper thin. You could hear clear conversations of folks out in thr halls. Gym was suffice, a bit stuffy. Location is great to walk to the Plaza restaurants. Highly recommend ARs brunch. Parking felt safe. Staff very hospitable. "

"Stayed for four nights and no complaints about the room, although the elevator was slow and often filled (and stairs were not an option due to knee injury). Breakfast options were great each morning. Some front desk staff were helpful, but others were not so much. Parking spots were not always available, but we were finally advised of another option on our last night (a little too late). We experienced an issue with being double-charged for the entire stay on two different cards, so we had to...

"Parking lot was a shambles. The room I got had been smoked in and my clothes absorbed the gross smell overnight. The bathtub had mold around the caulk. I barely slept because of the smell and the thought of the room. Had I not been in the position that I arrived at midnight, I’m not sure I would have stayed. "

"This hotel is undergoing heavy construction. The email they sent after I booked said "light construction" but our hotel didnt have water or cable when we checked in. The receptionist offered a refune since amenities werent available. She said I had to contact expedia first. So my party canceled and got a new hotel. The hotel is now not responding to Expedia. I recommend going somewhere else. "
