"Very nice modern hotel, extremely close to the country club Plaza shopping and restaurant district. Decent size rooms, very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only slight missed steps were a noisy refrigerator that squealed most of the night in our room and could’ve used a pool, but that wasn’t the primary reason we were there. Would stay at this hotel again for sure!"

"Our room was always kept exceptionally clean and well stocked (which is unusual at this point in history, but which I really appreciate). The beds were comfy and the AC worked well. It is very conveniently located for train travelers and general tourists (plenty of transit options and plenty of activities nearby). The pool was dirty (always covered in a layer of leaves and dirt). And the whirlpool seemed to shoot cold water out of the jets. We inquired about it with an employee who told us...

"I didn’t care for the facility due to some idiots kicked on my door all times of the evening through the early morning. To there credit they did catch clowns and removed them from the facility and refunded me for that evening."

"Bathroom had mold in it. Hair was all over bathroom floor and in bed sheets. Convenient location and appreciate the outdoor pool. Staff was not very friendly. For the price, I expected more. Would not recommend staying."
