"Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have always stayed at The Boulders when in the area before, but opted for this place instead this time due to a terrible experience at The Boulders last time. Much cleaner, friendlier, and well-supplied than The Boulders (whose major redeeming quality is the spa) and service is impeccable. Love the balconies and Carefree is a nice little town with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again."

"I book hotels by reviews so I want to make sure I left one for this hotel. While the room was clean, I had just traveled 7 hours and was going to a concert close by so I wanted to take a nap and a shower. Well once I laid down I knew a peaceful nap was out of the question. "As a director of housekeeping for many years this hotel needs a lot of work from shower showing pinkish coloring which means mold about to start. The vanity mirror was not straight. The room had a moldy old smell. The bed pillows was not place neatly they were like thrown on the bed. The hotel has potentials just need to take care of it a little better."
