We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house. Bathrooms were not cleaned with mildew found on the shower curtain and the toilet water level was...

"Check in and communication was great. The house was a good size. Cleanliness was not great, bathrooms needed a deep clean, there were no products to use like said, wasn’t a problem but what was there were used items. Would have been great to have more towels, 6 of us had to share 3 towels. Overall it wasn’t terrible especially since we just stayed one night but if we were there longer more eye to detail would have been appreciated. Also a steak knife was hiding behind a picture in the hallway...
