The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment features king-sized beds, fresh linens, and air conditioning in each room for your comfort. The cozy living area includes a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and an information guide for exploring Rincon. A compact kitchenette comes equipped with stainless steel cookware, French press, gas stove, microwave, and dining essentials to prepare simple meals. The private bathroom offers modern fittings and complimentary toiletries. Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool area with a BBQ grill, dining setup, and hammock — ideal for unwinding after a sunny beach day.

Guest Access:

☀ The guests will have access to the entire home along with a shared pool on the property



☀ One parking space labelled as “5” is available for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Locals, Americans and Ex-pats all live in the this area. It is just down the road from Sandy Beach, Domes, Beach, Maria's and Step's Beach. All considered the beach swimming and surfing beaches in the town. We are located less than 4 minutes to the town plaza and 5 minutes to both of the grocery stores.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, but there is the potential for noise from the street, neighborhood pets and the local roosters!

Rincon is considered a very safe neighborhood.



Getting Around:

A rental car is strongly suggested. This is not an easy to town to walk around.

We do not have Uber or Lift.

Local taxi services are available but need the rides need to be scheduled ahead of time.



Other Things to Note:

☀ This property has solar backup that powers fans, lights and outlets only & 2,400 gallons of backup water reserve.



☀ In the event all solar and water backup is consumed /or internet outage the Owner is strict on not providing refunds for events which are out of our control.



☀ Couch sleeping and smoking is not allowed.



☀ There is a grill and outdoor eating area located by the pool that is shared with all the units. This shared area is for registered guests only.



☀ We reserve the right to limit bookings based on the number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-7 days). Exceptions to the rule apply.



☀ We are Pet Friendly! We require a $75 pet deposit per pet (Max. 2 pets allowed)
