The Space:

Inside, the home features a bright, open layout designed for both comfort and style. Each of the three bedrooms includes its own air-conditioning unit—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—offering peaceful rest for up to six guests. The inviting living area and well-equipped kitchenette make it easy to prepare light meals or unwind after a day in the sun. Guest Access:

☀ The guests will have access to the entire home along with a shared pool on the property.



☀ Two parking spots are available labelled as “3” and “RSC”.



Other Things to Note:

☀ This property has solar backup that powers fans, lights and outlets only & 2,400 gallons of backup water reserve.



☀ In the event all solar and water backup is consumed /or internet outage the Owner is strict on not providing refunds for events which are out of our control.



☀ Couch sleeping and smoking is not allowed.



☀ There is a grill and outdoor eating area located by the pool that is shared with all the units. This shared area is for registered guests only.



☀ We reserve the right to limit bookings based on the number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-7 days). Exceptions to the rule apply.



☀ We are Pet Friendly! We require a $75 pet deposit per pet (Max. 2 pets allowed)
