"On the surface, our hotel room looked very modern and fancy, but once you took a closer look, the story was quite different. The carpet was covered in stains, there was mold around the air conditioning vent, and the sofa was practically falling apart. The TV in the room was also incredibly small – I’d guess there are tablets out there that are bigger. The hotel is located in a rather dull area, but if you’re driving an electric car, there’s a wealth of Tesla charging stations out back."

"Hotel Santa Caterina is a charming hotel a short walk from Porta Romana in the southern part of Siena. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was fine and clean with a comfortable bed. It had a beatiful view out to the Tuscan countryside. A nice breakfast was served in the beautiful soroundings of the hotel's garden. You can walk from the hotel to Il Campo in the center of the old city in about 20 minutes. The hotel is only a 12 minutes walk away from restaurants and cafés. I can absolutely recomend Hotel Santa Caterina. "
