The place is just a short distance walk to the Freedom Monument, Latvian National Opera, Daugava riverbank and Riga Central Market. Enjoy your morning cup of delicious coffee or a special dinner with friends and family at the local cafe or authentic restaurant all just around the corner.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated historical building, located on one of the central cobblestone streets of the Old Town. The apartment is a full 1 bedroom, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Comfortably accommodates 4 people. There is a large built-in closet with hangers, shelves and drawers in the hallway. Also, there is a built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and an electric induction stove. In the bedroom, there is a queen size bed with night tables, a wardrobe with shelves, drawers and hangers. You can enjoy your breakfast or lunch sitting at the dining table in a cozy dining area or use it as your workstation. The living room offers an unfolding queen size sofa, two comfortable stylish chairs with a little coffee table in-between and a TV on the wall. You can enjoy the picturesque Old Riga streets view out the windows. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a sink, toilet and bidet set for your comfort. As well, there is a washing machine for your convenience.

In the apartment you'll find:

- Bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a full size
wardrobe with hangers, shelves and drawers;

This place is ideal if you’re coming on a business trip or on vacation. Perfect for a group of up to 2-3 adults or a family of 2 adults with 2-3 children. No pets allowed.

Please note, as our building is located in the heart of the Old Town, there is always a possibility of a nightlife noise from the street, especially during the holidays and summertime. Please keep it in mind if you or anybody from your group (including small children) are sensitive to the outside noise.

Convenient parking off the premises (10 minutes walk) with two options:
- Free outside parking on the residential parking lot - no spot assigned!
- Eur 15/night parking in the underground garage with the assigned parking spot.
