Max occupancy: 4 people
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
No parties/events/gatherings

TIMELY CHECKOUTS:
Late checkouts incur a $125 fee. Return the key to the original pickup location.

USE OF COMMON AREAS:
No disruptive behavior in common areas, building, or unit.

SMOKING:
Prohibited; $125 fee for violations.

TOWELS + LINENS:
Respect linens; $125 fee for unsalvageable items.

PETS:
Not allowed.

UNITS LEFT EXTREMELY DIRTY:
Up to $250 fee for disorder and damage.

DAMAGE TO ROOM:
120% replacement value + charges for damages.

DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING:
Up to $200 fee for damages.

MAINTENANCE REQUEST/ISSUES:
Emergency issues addressed promptly. Non-emergency requests in writing. Notify hosts of non-emergencies.
