Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. "We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. "Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!"
