"Visited again in 2024 with my wife after a positive solo experience in 2018. Was worried about the recent negative reviews, but everything was as positive as I remember! Rooms were clean, the pool deck is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very helpful and approachable! There is also a nice lemongrass theme to the smell of the whole place that I really love! "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "

"Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. "
