"We enjoyed being at this house. The view was amazing and we loved that it was only a 5 minute drive from the beach. We went to the beach just about every day. The house was centrally located to many nice restaurants and other small towns that we visited during our stay. The bed was very comfortable. And, we loved that the grocery store was so close. "Die Lage der Villa ist super! Tavernen, BeachBars, Strand, kleiner Supermarkt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist sehr gut. Ausser ein Staubsauger oder Besen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben viel Zeit im und am Pool verbracht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!"

"Relaxing stay"

"Wir (3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) haben den Urlaub in der Villa mit viel Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Die Zimmeraufteilung mit je 2 Doppelzimmer im oberen und unteren Stock war perfekt für uns. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Essplatz und Outdoorküche mit Grill war traumhaft. Kiotari ist zudem ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände zu erkunden. Auch ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei sowie eine wunderbare Fischtaverne (Stefano) sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeberin Maria hat...

"La maison est superbe, parfaitement entretenue et équipée. On peut admirer les levers de soleil sur la mer de son lit c'est merveilleux. Près de superbes plages et située dans un endroit tranquille de l'île, elle est préservée du tourisme de masse. Le petit village de Gennadi à côté a tout ce qu'il faut mais il fat une voiture. Cerise sur le gâteau : l'accueil des propriétaires au petit soin. Le seul petit bémol : on attend un peu les voitures qui passent la nuit et le chauffage de la piscine...

"We had a wonderful week at Casa Palmera, the property was perfect, clean spacious with everything you need to have a great stay. Our host was really helpful and we’d recommend staying here. We travelled with 3 children under 7, they spent a lot of time in the pool. There is a local super market minutes away to get things. The beach is walkable from the house. "

"We hebben met ons gezin een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze geweldige villa. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een schitterende locatie. Het uitzicht op de mooie baai is adembenemend. Vanuit de villa wandel je in 5 minuten naar het strand waar je verschillende leuke hotels en restaurants hebt. Daarnaast stond onze vriendelijke gastheer Manos de hele week voor ons klaar met goede tips en adviezen. We komen dan ook graag een keer terug."

"Wir waren zu viert (4 Mädels ca. 25-29 Jahre alt) in der Villa. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in dem sehr einheimischen Ort Salakos. Die Villa ist ein Traum und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Zudem waren bereits einige Vorräte im Haus vorhanden, das war super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Annie war auch super und unkompliziert. Sie wohnt ebenfalls in Salakos. Die Einheimischen sind alle sehr liebenswert und unfassbar freundlich! Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt...

"We would definitely stay at this house again. The entire house was very clean, including the outside grounds. The owner of the home did not leave out one detail in regards to accommodations. The communication with the owner was great. We felt like we were home. The home was a 5 minute walk to town. We did explore the majority of the island during our time there and we felt that it was centrally located. We would highly recommend to others. "
