A well-equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and all necessary cookware allows guests to prepare meals with convenience, with a dining area inside and a second dining space outdoors for enjoying warm evenings.



The outdoor setting is particularly appealing, offering a private pool framed by a furnished terrace, peaceful garden views and a balcony from the upper floor. Sun loungers and umbrellas create a restful place to unwind, while the coal barbecue provides an enjoyable way to spend quiet evenings at home. The villa includes a washing machine, safety deposit box, soundproofing, mosquito nets and single-unit air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort during all hours of the day. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival and is refunded within seven days of departure following a satisfactory inspection. Additional costs may apply for airport shuttles, transport services and any extra equipment requested. Cots are available free of charge upon request for children up to three years, subject to availability.
