This marvelous luxury villa has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Half of the bedrooms have kinged sized double beds and the other half have twin beds. Also, theres a comfy sofa bed in the living area. All bedrooms and areas are fully air-conditioned and have beautiful balconies with an amazing view of Greek nature. There are 2 bathrooms, one ensuite in a bedroom that has a shower, and one sharing that has a relaxing bathtub. On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation. The modern kitchen is sharing the area with the living room, designed and decorated in warm tones. Theres free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV with satellite channels, Netflix and karaoke. Outside is as beautiful as on the inside. Theres an amazing private swimming pool with a soothing unheated Jacuzzi, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays to the fullest. Also, there are BBQ facilities and a sitting area where you can prepare a meal and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones surrounded by beautiful nature.


Ixia is the most cosmopolitan place on the island. The property is near to all necessary urban conveniences such as the airport, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals within walking distance. In a 5 minute drive, you will find Ialysos beach which is quite popular amongst sports enthusiasts. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about a 20-minute drive away from the villa. Visitors shouldnt miss one of the most attractive destinations of Rhodes, the Valley of the butterflies at a distance of only a 25-minute drive. The villa is about an hour minute drive away from the south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 8EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 2EUR per night
