"The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!"

"The house was very clean, charming and relaxing."

"Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. The house had lots of outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy. Loved the town beach pass available. It made accessing the beach easy in the summer months."

"We stay in a lot of Vrbos and feel this home was lacking. We’ve never had to provide our own sheets & towels (a pain if flying). No soap provided for the showers. Only a half a roll of toilet paper provided. Outlets that didn’t work. Two front porch lights either burned out or not working, which was challenging given how dark the property was at night. Other bulbs in the house also burned out. The one positive: the property was quiet."

"House was very functional and has great outdoor space."

"Adorable, spacious, and walkable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs. We walked to the Seafood shop, cooked mussells and clams on the grill and loved Brickley's Ice Cream just down the street. Quaint town within steps of the house and cute cafes and shops of Wakefield. Just a mile to the wedding venue (Shepherd's Run) as well as a Welcome Party at the Surf Shack. Scarborough Beach was close and affordable for non-residents. It was a wonderful trip."

"This house is incredible!! I would definitely rent again. It’s perfect for a large group and has a lot of thoughtful touches, like kids plates, lobster pot, fancy dinnerware and cookware. Two dining room tables, a large sectional, two washer/dryers and three outdoor tables make it very it easy to host a large party. The third floor shower and outdoor shower were our favorites! It’s a quick ten minute ride to the beautiful Roger Wheeler beach. Robin was extremely communicative and accommodating...

"Great find, quiet, pool definitely a plus. Owners very helpful and receptive. Great for family getaway."

"House is exceptional and very comfortable. Highly recommend it."

"A group of 21 of us enjoyed the week here for our annual family reunion. The house was a great set up for us and provided all that we needed. It is in a wonderful location with access to many fun activities. We hope to make a return trip for more wonderful memories!"

"The property is fantastic indoors and outside. Beautiful view and amenities. Very close to the town, very short walk. Town has many nice restaurants. The only negatives, and maybe just me, the stairs are steep. The trains coming by was something we got use too. Don't let the stairs scare you away, I have neuropathy in my right foot and I didn't have problems with the stairs. Great place."

"Loved staying here. Beautiful backdrop!"

"Great experience"
