Villa Misir with Pool - 500m to the Beach (Apt. Maria)

“Maria” is a charming, fully equipped apartment, located on the ground floor of Villa Misir, a modern villa which includes 3 fully equipped apartments, for those who want a vacation near the beach, but also in the city. It is 500m from the main beach and 2km from the city. Villa Misir has a private pool in beautiful surrounding. The location is ideal, as you will find next to you all the shops you will need, so that your vacation becomes more enjoyable. All 3 apartments can be available together to accommodate large groups.

If you are tired of staying in Villas far from the city and away from an organized beach, then Villa Misir is exactly what you are looking for. It has the luxury and amenities of a Villa, but is only a 5 minute walk (500m) from the city's main organized beach and just 2 km from the city center, via a wonderful promenade that is daily flooded with walkers and athletes. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that has next to ALL the shops and services you will need during your stay (at distances below 200 m), so that the holidays make you easier and most importantly more enjoyable.

Apartment Maria (the 3rd of the 3 apartments of the Villa), which is located really next to the pool, is completely renovated and can accommodate 2-4 people, ideal for family, couple or group of friends. "MARIA" has a bedroom, open plan living area with kitchen and bathroom. It also has a large private balcony with table and patio chairs, which is located inside the outdoor pool area. All doors and windows have thermal and sound insulation.

SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR: Villa has an outdoor private pool in a paved courtyard which includes everything you need to relax, such as many plants (palms, lemontree, green shrubs, flowers, etc.), as well as shower, sunbeds, table with chairs, as well as barbeque.

BEDROOM: The apartment has a one bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed (1.8 m x 2 m), which can be split into 2 singles and the other bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2 m). All beds have anatomical anti-allergic mattresses of 3 zones and a height of 30cm. Each bedroom has bedside tables, a modern wardrobe, air conditioning, and toilet / desk furniture with a mirror and chair.

LIVING ROOM - KITCHEN: The living room has a large modern sofa (0.90 m x 2 m) that easily becomes a double bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. It also has a 32 ” HD TV, as well as air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has an oven, hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, utensils and electric iron with ironing board.

BATHROOM: It has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer and is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, conditioner and soap and all the necessary personal comforts.

PARKING: You can also park for free on the street in front of the Apartment, as well as on adjacent streets.

SAFETY MEASURES: It has security measures, such as smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and security card in the kitchen and security light.
