Ivi Villa is part of “Agios Antonios” five completely independent family villas, related to genial customer service and great location. All villas have their privacy, pool, and sea and mountain views, which also cater well to mixed age groups renting more than one villa. Each villa is divided into two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests; the interior extends 115m2 offering a cozy atmosphere, while the outdoor space, spread in 370m2, provides its very own picturesque views to kick back and relax in.
The living area with the comfortable sofas, the fireplace, and the kitchen with a dining table offer a cozy atmosphere, while the large glass openings flood the rooms with views and light and provide direct access to the pool terrace. A few steps away you will find the first twin bedroom and a bathroom, with access to a lawn terrace while two more bedrooms and a family bathroom are found on the upper level, each with a balcony and great views.
Ivi Villa has a beautiful secluded pool terrace which is simple perfect for sunny summer breakfasts looking out across the Cretan countryside and sea. Here, you can let the crystalline pool water and the summer breeze revitalize you or prepare for you and your family members` refreshing and hydrating juices made from local seasonal fruits. Additionally, next to the pool terrace, you will find the BBQ facilities to enjoy al fresco dining while gazing at the stunning countryside views.

Ivi Villa is the third villa of “Agios Antonios Villas” with private pool and garden, set at a privileged spot of Agia Triada, a serene area perched on a hillside on North Crete, with unlimited panoramic view and only 3km away from the sandy beach of Adele. The area is full of traditional villages, like Mesi and Loutra, ideal to stroll around and talk with the friendly locals, in the foothills of the highest mountains in Crete, Mount Ida (Psiloritis). The Agreco Farm is a wonderful place where you can become a farmer in one visit or learn how to prepare home-made traditional local recipes. Patsou gorge (Agios Antonios gorge) and is one of the most beautiful and verdant gorges to walk through during your holidays in Crete, with streaming waters, small ponds, waterfalls and ancient plane trees. Visit Platia restaurant at Rethymno’s Old Harbour for great food and genuine Cretan hospitality, operated by the villa owner.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence. Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace.

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done once a week.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

10. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

11. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants. Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
