1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday, and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case, if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours, feel free to contact us, and we will fulfil your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. 2. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior to booking the villa, which in some cases might not be accepted, and if accepted, an extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the property to you or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us

It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (e.g., electric power issues, warm water is out, etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also, after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and they must be paid or replaced by the guest on the spot.
