Brand new, built in 2025, this luminous and tastefully decorated villa and its architectural design invites natural light, while the breathtaking views from the pool area and balconies provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

Set upon a 400m2 plot, the outdoor expanse of Erame Villa is nothing short of spectacular. Lush gardens, beautiful poolside and a pool with hydromassage, providing breathtaking views to the beach.

A private swimming pool makes it an ideal place to relax for the whole day. Its size is 3,50 x 7,50m and a depth of 1,50m. A shallow part of the swimming pool with a size of 3,40 x 3,40m and a depth of 20cm is available as well for our younger guests.

Experience the perfect al fresco dining experience at Erame’s villa outdoor dining table, set by the pool and offering delightful vistas of the Cretan landscape and sea. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, immerse yourself in the aromas of Cretan nature while savoring the beloved Mediterranean cuisine.
Equipped with a gas barbecue, the villa allows you to prepare your own meals, adding a personal touch to your culinary adventures.

Interior
Erame Villa stands as a true pearl. It offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across 3 floors.
This large lodging, can accommodate up to 10 people.
Upon entering from the main entrance to the main floor, you're greeted by a modern open-plan layout, seamlessly blending the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen ensures all the comforts for everyday use, promising a comfortable stay.

The ground floor offers two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the second features a cozy double bed.

The lower level of Erame Villa functions as a private apartment, perfect for added privacy or hosting extra guests. It features a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a cozy living room with a convenient kitchenette. An external door provides direct access to the pool area via an outdoor staircase—ideal for a refreshing dip any time of day.

Ascending to the first floor there is a bright and airy bedroom with a double bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony that offers wonderful views of the beach.

There is the possibility for two extra beds to accommodate two extra people.
