The iconic home features also an outdoor shower, sun-beds & umbrellas and children’s pool. The property is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants & shops.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Deux Paradis is designed with sea view beauty and functionality in mind. The leading style throughout the 6 iconic suites combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. Each one of the suites feature an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchenette, balcony and smart tv. The ground level suite also features a larger kitchen with a dinning table and a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace, pool and beach. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in real beds and if needed there are two comfortable sofa beds, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.

The city of Rethymno is an ideal tourist destination for visitors who wish to explore the rich cultural heritage and the natural beauties of Crete. This well-organised city offers to visitors a variety of picturesque routes to follow and numerous historical monuments to visit. You may find anything you need within walking distance, super markets, cafes, wonderful sea side restaurants, bars, bus station, pharmacy, banks….all reached on foot or by bike! Great for a car free holiday break with loved ones to explore the wonderful city of Rethymno. Although, if you insist on renting a car, you can park it in public spaces within a few minute walking distance. Gratefully, there is plenty of space for your bicycles. Part of the hip new Rethymno is going by bike—with skirts and high hills if you please.
