Villa Morfeas is a recently built holiday villa that reflects a relaxing local atmosphere, due to its position, construction and service. It’s the villa’s amazing views and the private pool that visitors remember most, as they take a seat on the shady terrace where you’re likely to be distracted from your lunch by the views of the high mountains and the vast sea. Divided in two levels, Villa Morfeas can accommodate in comfort up to 8 guests in three decent bedrooms with views across the countryside to the sea. The open plan living area, which consists of a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped with a dining table, offers direct access to the pool terrace.
Outdoors, Villa Morfeas has a 25 m2 private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds is commanded by the awesome views while at night time, its amazing lighting creates a romantic, almost magical atmosphere. The fenced gardens are perfect for children to roam free and play around the terrace, while the lawns a great for athletic purposes or activities such as yoga and games. Additionally, next to the pool terrace you will find the BBQ facilities, as well as outdoor dining table for the whole family, giving you the chance to enjoy your homemade meals in the fresh air while gazing the stunning sea views and enjoy al fresco dining!

Morfeas Villa is part of a cluster of Agios Antonios Villas, five completely independent family villas set at a privileged spot of Agia Triada, a serene area perched on a hillside on North Crete, with unlimited view and only 3km away from the sandy beach of Adele. Grocery shops, traditional taverns and minimarkets can be found at the village in a distance of 1 km. Here, you can hike out to gorgeous nature (Patsou Gorge), visit historical sights (Arkadi, Eleftherna Museum) and spend your days lying on a soft sandy beach. This modern villa in the north coast embraces the summer vibe of Mediterranean. Rethymno`s beautiful Old Town, with its Venetian fortress and harbor, makes it a standout destination, where you`ll also find a cute café or restaurant, either in the narrow streets or along the waterfront. Platia Tavern belongs to the villa owner offering traditional food and a view of the sea that your mind travels. Visit the southern beaches of Rethymno, famous for their transparent clear waters; Preveli is an exotic beach with stunning beauty, located about 35km south of Rethymno and the dunes of Agios Paulos is a unique landscape with a mysterious energy aura, 45 km south of Rethymno.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property

Sustainability

-The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.


4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done once a week.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.

9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.

11. The lead guest (the oldest member of the group) must be at least 21 years old.

12. Please respect the quiet hours from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
