Anelia Serene Villa is a beautiful spacious villa renovated in 2024 located in Sfakaki, a seaside village on the north coast of Rethymno just 9 km away from Rethymno city. Surrounded by a garden including a 24 m² swimming pool and a BBQ area and just 500 m walking distance from the nearest beach, Anelia Serene Villa is the ideal holiday home for couples, friends and families.

The recently renovated 120 m² two floor villa is fully airconditioned and WiFi covered, can perfectly accommodate up to six people. As you enter there is a large open space area including the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary home appliances and utensils with a shaded verandas overlooking the pool. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with the washing machine and a terrace overlooking the pool above the BBQ area.

On the second floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, the left room with double bed equipped with 32’ Flatscreen tv, and mountain and garden views from its private balcony, the middle room also with a double bed equipped with a 32’ tv and sea and garden views from its private balcony, and the right bedroom with two single beds that can be also a double equipped with 40’ flat screen tv, with sea and pool views from its private balcony, as well as one bathroom with complimentary shampoo and shower gel.
You can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and the garden from the left bedroom balcony, views from the sea and the garden from the middle bedroom balcony and sea and pool view from the left bedroom balcony.

Featuring a modern sundeck including 4x6m swimming pool complete with comfortable sun beds and shade-providing umbrellas, the villa’s exterior also includes a BBQ area The entire area is fenced for your privacy. A billiard table that takes coins of 2 euros and a ping-pong table is available as well. There are two porches one with a dining table and chairs and one with a sofa and chairs. On the garden there is a table and chairs.
