"Quinta de Recião has numerous properties. This review is for the one-bedroom cottage (Casa do Moinho - the Mill House) The Mill House is a beautiful property, hosted by beautiful people. The main room has kitchen, table, lounge, small TV and a fire. The separate bedroom has two single beds with an adjoining bathroom. The cottage sits right on the edge of the Rio Varosa (Varosa River) and the sound of running water is peaceful and calming. There is the option to have a home cooked meal...

"This place is absolutely amazing. The house is lovely. From the infinity pool and from the beautiful garden you have a gorgeous view of the Tâmega river. The location is quiet and secure. We stayed here 4 people, 2 adults and our two teenage boys. We enjoyed using the kayak, SUP boards, playing football and relaxing in the hammocks. The house has all the equipment needed. We can certainly recommend this place!"

"This is a super house to stay in, 10 minutes walk to a great beach with a bar and at the weekends kayaks and paddle boards to hire. There is also plenty of shade.The house itself is well equipped and comfortable.Miguel is a perfect host and is very speedy in his communication.It is by itself and very quiet. Our adult family had a great time staying here."

"Vi har netop haft den skønneste ferie - 10 dage hos Maria - 2 voksne og vores børn 19 år og 17 år. Huset er fantastisk, og vi nød hver dag at benytte poolen og floden med kajaker. Det gør ikke noget, at der er 10 min gang til pool og flod. Maria er en fantastisk vært - sød og hjælpsom. Vi kommer gerne tilbage"
