We arrived in the middle of the Corona crisis where the owner was swamped with cancellations, rebookings etc., but we were still met with a warm welcome and kindness. "This property is so peaceful and if you are a nature lover you will love this stay. The place is completely off the grid but has all the creature comforts. "Beautiful room and bathroom, tasteful decor. Decent teabags (British reviewer) and proper coffee provided along with fridge and toaster. Pool and surround quite small but clean and shady. There is a railway line between the house and the beach, didn’t hear any trains but might be an issue for people with small children wanting to get straight on to the beach. "My daughter and I stayed at Byron Central Apartments for 6 nights and we loved our stay. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and very much in the sun, and we spent a lot of time there. "Absolutely superb location - just opposite the beach and site where there are markets on Saturdays and Thursdays. Apartment had all you needed for cooking if you wanted and also a dishwasher. Very friendly and informative owners on reception. Make sure you do the walk up to the lighthouse and keep your eye out for wildlife - we saw Whales, a wallaby and a snake!"
