Free parking is available in the driveway or on the street. To access the studio, labeled “Tahoe”, enter through the side gate into the shared patio and spa area. Inside, you will find a cozy queen-sized bed, a full sized kitchen, a small table, and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a rainfall shower head. The patio area is shared with guests staying in the adjacent “Reno Room”. Here, you can relax and take in the tranquility of the wishing well water fountain, firepit table, BBQ/Griddle, outdoor TV, the 4 person hot tub, and the 2 person Far Infrared Sauna. This comfortable studio apartment is conveniently located near the middle of Reno, just a few minutes drive from the bustling downtown. With plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, there is something for everyone in the area. This is the perfect place to call home whether you are looking for a romantic weekend getaway or a business trip. With its great location and amenities, this studio apartment is sure to make your stay in Reno a memorable one.

This is a perfect place if you are traveling with another couple. They can book the other studio. Search for Reno Retreat: Studio with Spa - Reno Room. The Reno Room is a smaller space.

There is a shared courtyard with a small 4 person hot tub, far infrared sauna, wishing well/water fountain, firepit table and a BBQ/Griddle. These are for use of all guests. There is also an outdoor TV located above the hot tub. Its a cozy relaxing area.

There is a middle school behind our home. It's not noisy and during the weekdays, you may observe children walking by or parents dropping off their kids in the morning and afternoon. Rest assured, though, the patio is private and you won't even know they are walking by.

Additionally, while there is a back door to the rear yard, please be aware that there are free range chickens that live backyard. They are friendly but not social.
