"Slow check in and out with only one staff member available. However staff member was efficient. Nice room and surroundings but all needs a spruce up as looking tired. Pool was very good but busy at the time we visited. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food options with staff working hard in a hot environment. Great to be able to walk into town centre and RSC. Easy parking. This is a dream of a location with spacious grounds so near to town centre but needs money spending on it to keep it a...

"Very comfortable room, quiet and well equipped. No aircon but the fan provided in the room worked well. Staff were very helpful on all occasions from check-in to general questions. Breakfast was very good and again the staff were very attentive. Didn’t use the sporting/fitness amenities but they looked good and seemed easy to access. Overall, a great hotel especially for business travellers. Hope to stay again."
