"Outside and lobby were nice and clean. Check in lady was very friendly and genuine. I arrived late (10:30pm) and was told there was only second floor rooms left. Totally fine, but there is no elevator at this property. I was traveling with pets so lots of trips up and down the stairs to the room/car. I was also given a room right at the top of the steps, which seemed nice to not have to walk more, but the door to the stairs is very heavy and slams closed. And since there’s no elevators that door...

"Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst. “Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal. 0/10 recommend "

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "

"It was a clean room with good fixtures in the bathroom. The toilet was a little slow when flushed. The Mexican restaurant in walking distance of the motel was a welcome sight. A good night's stay."

"I was thrilled to have a walk in shower. Our main concerns were the mattress could be softer, the toilet should be taller + the level of noise with a toilet flush does not allow people to sleep through it - it is way too loud. We did feel the condition went downhill a bit from the previous year. Otherwise it met our needs. The staff was great this year!"

"Room was very basic, it was clean. It was missing some furniture a lot of empty space. There was still food in the mini fridge from last guest. Weird smell in hallway on first floor. Parking lot has considerable amount of trash in it. "

"This was our second stay here and we still enjoyed it. The pool could have been a couple degrees warmer for us. But we did get used to it. The hot tub was excellent. The access to the lake was much improved and we enjoyed that.Overall we would stay there again in the future."
