"Very tranquil, peaceful setting. Cabin is comfortable and met all our needs. There are lots of waterfalls and hikes within 30 to 40 minutes of Rising Fawn, so we were occupied every day. This is our second trip to this reserve, as it is a great place to relax. Lots of wildlife too."

"Lived the tiny house, deck, and bunk beds. Neighbors were friendly and lake/view was beautiful. Found the AC to be a but noisy (window unit) so a sound machine might be needed for some. Found everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. No washer or dryer. GPS navigation worked best for us. If you follow the written directions from the host, make note the rodeo is for sale and has no sign. Roads to the house have many potholes, but its fine if you take it slow. Bed sheets seemed clean but had some spots that were questionable. Swing cushion on the porch should be washed/cleaned in my opinion but other than that no complaints. Great place with awesome view. "This was the perfect place for the most relaxing vacation. My husband has never been to Chattanooga. "Clean, comfortable and in a great location, rural but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with host was immediate, she's great. Check in / out instructions are simple and clear. I loved relaxing on the porch watching lightning bugs in the meadow. Basically no road noise at the house. The place has everything you need to be home away from home. I would 100% stay here again. "

"My friend of 40 years and I stayed for a night. The view was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and efficiently arranged. The walk from the parking pad down to the house was a little longer than expected and could be challenging with heavy luggage or bags. It could also use a sign to point the way or directions at the fork in the path. Once we figured out which path led to our cabin it was totally worth it. Would definitely stay again!"
