"Beautiful view ( choose mountain view). Friendly helpful staff."

"Really a nice hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful. Great location next to the river with the view to the hot air balloons flying in the evenings. Close also to the city center and night market. Clean and nice rooms, great breakfast and restaurant."

"This is easily the hotel with the finest views in town. It’s clean, nice and very tranquil. We went with our two daughters (age 8 and 9) and they loved it here. Also going to the lagoons and driving the buggies. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. "

"We drove from Vientiane to Meuang Feuang. Once we arrived, there were no clear signs directing us to the property. We spent about 45 minutes trying to find it and stopped five times to ask locals for directions to Heun Phea Meuang Feuang Riverside2. I messaged the property for help, but received no response. I also tried calling, but no one answered. We eventually found the place, only to see that the sign actually read “Heun Phea Meuang Feuang Riverside”—there was no “2” at the end like the...

"Everything was way above expectations. Amazing service. Free shuttle almost like taxi. Resort isn't far away though but you can whatsapp them your location within city and they literally come pick you up free of charge. They smile and do deliver great service. "

"A pleasant family environment. Nice and quite."

"Good room with river view from balcony. The pool is almost on the river giving a feeling of infinity pool. The staff were good and very helpful. We felt that lunch / dinner options were very limited at their restaurant and AC needed some maintenance. The place is a bit away from main market so needs a bit of walk to reach dining options / night market. Otherwise, worth the place for its location / staff / peaceful living."

"Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to...

"Positive: Excellent view from roof top. Pool is fine and clean. Rooms are large and clean. Negative: Some common areas were dirty (eg elevator, the hall on fifth floor), and some guests were obviously smoking in either their room or the hall despite the non smoking policy."

"En enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med gennemrejse. Hotellet havde lige det, vi havde brug for: dejlig pool til afslapning og service til at hjælpe med oplevelse. Vi valgte at spise på hotellet, hvilket var meget lækkert."

"As we walked into the hotel, I didn’t see anything elegant about it, despite “Elegant” being part of its name. Our room was full of mosquitoes, and one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom was functional but far from elegant. The bath towels were old and thin. The check-in process was awkward and slow, with the staff member repeatedly asking questions while checking his phone and computer at least ten times. The elevator is the smallest I’ve ever been in. They do offer free...

"Beutiful hotel and facilities right on the river. Staff was wonderfull and helpfull, and the location is perfect, quiet yet only a couple minutes walk from downtown."

"The room still has old dust and webs around corners and bedside tables. Towels are too old and ragged."

"La chambre était propre et très spacieuse. L'endroit est très calme Le restaurant est nickel "

"La propreté et la courtoisie du personnel!"

"Had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast was also very good. The value for money here is insane. The staff were also super friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Schöne ruhige Oase. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Abendessen gut, Frühstück ok, Kaffee schlecht"

"The room is big. On first floor above ground floor. Mountain view. Although roof of building next door obscures the view a bit. Would have a better view on top floor. AC worked well. The bed was comfy. The steps going up are a bit small and curve just before next floor. Be careful with big luggage. Breakfast had choice of three different ways to fix eggs or a soup. Breakfast honestly is a bit lacking. I didn’t use any extra service they offer, but they can book transport and tours. Nice to have...
