"The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!"

"We chose this home because of the location to the nearby finger lakes wineries and Watkins Glen State Park. The rooms fit 27 guests comfortably (sharing rooms; twin trundle beds pop-up). For parking, there is only room for 10 cars, as stated in the description. I misunderstood thinking we could park additional cars in the lawn. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our group, which included adults, children and dogs. It was peaceful and near shopping, eating and fun activities to keep everyone happy. I did want to dig in and do some weeding(I am an avid gardener ) but decided instead to embrace the weeds, as they are just different kinds of flowers! "
