"We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

"The cottage is gorgeous and in excellent location near Skaeneatles. All rooms were sparkling clean, kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks. "

We utilized all the awesome amenities of the house including the movie room, arcade games, pool, outdoor seating, fire pit, hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards, outdoor seating, provided board games and even the convenience store next door. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were appreciated, more than just a “starter pack.” Thanks for a restful fun stay!"

"Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property!"
