"Very friendly hosts at a charming nook in the Finger Lakes region. The breakfasts were very tasty (and filling!), the property was beautiful, and there is access to several fun hikes and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect."

"Great view of the lake with many windows. We stayed during the winter and were sad to not be able to enjoy the porch and yard. We loved the open kitchen dinning room with a large table was perfect for our group. A few of the group complained of beds not being very comfortable. We did all of our cooking in the home and were glad to find pots, pans, and appliances. The selection of knives and mixing bowls was limited. "House was huge and had plenty of room for a big group. It had a nice outdoor space and the room with the bar and ping pong table was great. The house was clean and stocked with soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of yard games to choose from as well. TVs were large and equipped with Roku. The biggest dissapointment was the kitchen. It was small and many of the appliances were quite old. The dishwasher barely worked. We also had a hard time finding equipment we needed. ...

"This our third time at the Love Shack. We love the house, the view of the lake, and the location. The place is clean and comfortable. It’s amazing to wake up and see the sun rising up over the lake out of the big windows. Book it now!"

"The property itself was very nice, We did not appreciate the difficulty of getting in. It took over an hour in rain to get the door open. The combination lock did not work and it took 3 phone calls to finally learn where there was a lock box in the back with a key."

"We have rented many homes and we were so impressed with Melody of Love. House was spotless, very well stocked and organized. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening with plenty of wood provided. Our host was very responsive and even messaged us the night before to let us know we could check in any time the next day. It was a great jump off spot for Keuka and Seneca Lake. "This property was beautiful, clean, and a perfect location for visiting wineries and restaurants. We loved the openness of the space and that we all had a comfy spot to land in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and the complimentary bottle of wine was such a warm welcome. We made good use of the patio and grill and indoor fireplace. The wind prohibited our using the fire pit - so next time on that! Thank you for a beautiful accommodation- we highly recommend it!!!"
