"Fantastic family vacation! Plenty of space for 13 people and a dog. Great central location for all our activities- kayaking, wineries, picknpatch farm, and spotted duck ice cream. Pauline was an awesome host! Then of course there was the spectacular view!!Will definitely visit again if in the finger lakes."

Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is."

"Great house/location and we enjoyed our stay! Would suggest additional seating in the living room. House should be able to accommodate seating for the maximum number of occupants. Should not have to have adults 50+ in ages sitting on the floor or kitchen chairs - not comfortable. Would also like to suggest that the listing specifically point out that the room with the bunk beds is definitely for children. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch due to the fact that the top bunk was only for...

"Beautiful farmhouse. Really big and very well kept and clean. Our stay was at beginning of June and the temperature was low 70’s so it was comfortable but the bedrooms needed fans since the air conditioner units were not yet installed. The rest of the house was fine. "

Only suggestion is better lighting for dining area at night, blinds for the living area(beautiful sun in the morning but intense and warms the home to an uncomfortable level while having breakfast), and TVs in the bedrooms (and better reception as bothTVs had intermittent disruptions).
