"My friends and I had a 3 night stay at this property during our trip to the Finger Lakes. It was clean, well decorated, and modern. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong and foosball! The hosts were great about responding to any questions/concerns and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. We definitely recommend a stay here! "

"Great house/location and we enjoyed our stay! Would suggest additional seating in the living room. House should be able to accommodate seating for the maximum number of occupants. Should not have to have adults 50+ in ages sitting on the floor or kitchen chairs - not comfortable. Would also like to suggest that the listing specifically point out that the room with the bunk beds is definitely for children. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch due to the fact that the top bunk was only for...

"Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another. Cooking supplies were ample, parking was good, relaxing either in the living room or on the deck were both great. It was a perfect spot for my wife and I to have a few days' break with our grand...

"Great house, we had a wonderful serene weekend away. It was super clean and in a perfect location on the lake. Waking up ever morning with coffee on the deck was incredible. Scouts Vineyard across the street was also super convenient and had great wines, highly recommended them and this property. We’d definitely come back. "

"The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a few days stay. There were a few things I would change of possible. Furniture could be more comfortable and easier.for.those with accessibility issues. The couches in the home are too low and hard to get up from, just.to name one thing. Other items are minorand easily fixable. These things do not take away from how overall nice the unit is."

"The house is beautiful kept and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook every meal. The beds were super comfortable and loved the multiple bathrooms. We were there during a heatwave so not much time was spend on the beautiful deck. The air conditioning was great on the first and basement floors but was a bit warm for 2 of our guests in the bedroom. It was a heatwave and I’m sure during normal temps the room would have need perfect."

"The Cooke children were raised in Geneva in the 60’s and 70’s. All of the children returned to the area with their children and their children’s children and spent the week at the Weaver Family Farm. The Amish Farmhouse was a perfect location that allowed us to all stay together under one roof. We enjoyed revisiting memories while creating new ones…shopping in Geneva, in Penn Yan, and at the Windmill…pontooning on Seneca Lake…hiking at Watkins Glen…golfing at multiple courses…touring wineries...

"Beautiful home with period details (lighting, woodwork). Great location 10-15 minute walk to town. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen with everything you would need. Updated appliances. Home was immaculately clean. A/C in most rooms (we didn't have to use). A couple of ceiling fans, which made for comfortable sleeping. Very Happy with rental!!!! Would highly recommend. Many great restaurants and Wineries within a quick drive."

"Beautiful farmhouse. Really big and very well kept and clean. Our stay was at beginning of June and the temperature was low 70’s so it was comfortable but the bedrooms needed fans since the air conditioner units were not yet installed. The rest of the house was fine. "

"Clean, but with a peculiar overpowering smell of either perfume or detergent. Inside was spacious, a little old but well kept. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker which was really nice. Windows have seen better days and need replacement or maintenance. Staff or owner very friendly. Breakfast – very disappointing even for a continental. "
