"It’s almost a ghost town not many businesses but the Victor hotel was fine. "

"Loved the town, the room and the area. They need to work on check in. When we reserved the room, we were told we would receive the door codes 24 hours before check in time. We texted, as we were told to do, about 3 hours before check in to get codes. No response. We texted one hour before check in time so we knew to head that way, no response. We finally called and were told they had been very busy and we could come. Loved the place, but the check in procedure was VERY frustrating."

"We were wowed the second we walked through the door! The building that houses this hotel is over a 120 years old. Yes, there may be some creaks and groans with everyone wandering around, but it adds to the charm and really helps you live through its history! Each room is unique and has its own flair. We were in the "smallest," room but it was more than adequate to sleep in. There are plenty of other places to lounge and you are free to explore the building. We didn't take advantage of the spa...

"Little beaver Inn was cozy, clean, quiet, and quaint. We enjoyed walking to the pond nearby and the local fare at the Pantry for breakfast, as well as sitting on the front porch overlooking the local creek. "

"Loved the scenery around the hotel and easy access to the conference I attended. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. I have only one concern there was no elevator but they gave me a room on the 1st floor and allow for an early check-in with no charge. "

"It's an older, dated property, but it good overall. The swimming pool and hot tub are both large and enjoyable. The staff was fantastic. They only have 2 floors, but no elevator. The guy who checked us in offered to carry our luggage upstairs for us, then provided us towels for the pool. We will be back again tonight because of the great service and convenient location nestled in the mountains "

"We have always liked Cripple Creek and this last stay at the Midnight Rose was the best yet! Historic building but with modern rooms...... can't ask for more than that."

"The property is beautiful with spectacular views and lovely woods all around. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. The staff took extra time and effort to make sure that everything was just right. They even mailed me an item that I forgot. I highly recommend this great bed and breakfast. "

"Anne Marie - the owner is really a very nice lady with a constant smile on her face. We were fairly late in the night (around 11:00 pm) when we checked in. We didn't realize that the check in time was by 10:00 pm unless we call them. We forgot to call but Anne was waiting at the door for us when we drove in. Really nice of her. Property is beautiful and very quiet. Great 2 days."

"This was the perfect spot to relax, hike, experience the beauty of the mountains and nature. We hiked up to the water fall and the walk up was as pretty as the fall. Deer everywhere. The locals were so nice. We even experienced a community parade and all day festival. We were a short drive to Red Rock open space, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We left feeling very refreshed.The only mislead was the stairs leading down or up to the room. Pics made it look like a walkway but there...
