"Rooms and staff were horrible"

"There is a saying, you get what you pay for. Not this time. We got more. I had booked an accessible room. We got a huge room in great condition. Super accessible both room and bathroom. Decent breakfast like you would expect here. All in all great stay"

"The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!"

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"Front desk staff was RUDE (except for our checkout gentleman). The guy who sits in the corner during the week, almost never made eye contact with anyone. We were not permitted to check in 20 minutes early, so don't expect that. The lady who checked us in at 3:05, was determined to finish pouring her juice into her sippy cup before she would acknowledge me. She was slow and gave off a rude vibe.
