"The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were not being maintained the way they should be. The front desk on the way in told me it was going to be 10$ for parking for my stay in total, and then on the way out mentioned it was per night and not the total price. I was frustrated that I asked for clarity on the way in and was told something different on the way out. I was informed that because I booked third party, they would not assist with this...

"I booked a room with two queen size bed for my wife, my daughter and myself, three adults. They gave a room with a king size bed. On my complaint it appeared they did not have what I booked. Instead they gave us a fold out bed. Not good enough. I wonder if the hotel treats bookings from hotels.com as second class?"

"Excellent breakfast options with made to order omelet station. Also have hot and continental breakfast choices. Attentive and great many staffs, including the gentleman that was going around to pick up plates. The afternoon ‘manager event’ was a nice gesture and was appreciated, but the beer tasted old and flat."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was satisfying, staff was friendly. But the cushions on the couch were literally coming apart at the seams so that was less than appealing. The windows did a nice job of dampening the noise from the freeway, but the fan on the air conditioner was very loud, with a persistent squeal, so we opted for the road noise by keeping windows open at night to maintain a comfortable room temp. The toilet was also not draining well after flushing so there was that....

"Just a note that this hotel is not for families. Rooms are small and once the couch is pulled out there is no room left! No shuttle service, no early check in. Much more of a couples resort. The restaurant ambiance is very nice."

"IKKE lydisolerede vinduer på værelserne, så det lød som om motorvejen gik igennem værelserne. Personalet ved godt at der er støjproblemer. Store fine og rene værelser, godt fitness. Vil aldrig anbefaler dette hotel, før de får sat nye vinduer i. "
