"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

We stayed there for our anniversary and even though we flew in the Saturday before Hurricane Irma devastated the island, the hotel and the islanders made sure we had an amazing time. "This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. It was immaculate. The beach was a short walk away and staff was very good to set up comfy chaise lounges with umbrella. "This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. The beach was not crowded, calm, and beautiful. The water is very clear and the area in front of the house is very sandy and good for swimming.
