"One bedroom ocean front room was absolutely amazing!! So much room and great balcony. Beach was beautiful with no trouble getting chairs and umbrella. The towel rack in the bathroom in our room would have made more sense if it was by the shower instead of across the room. We did not get our room until almost 5:00 pm which was a bit frustrating. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"I have to start by saying the beach is beautiful. The location is great not far from the boardwalk / phillipsburg or Simpson bay. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Taxi rides aren’t that bad, $20 to get you to most places. $40 on the high end the farther you go. Great vibes. Only negative I would say is the rooms are a little on the shabby side but take in mind they did get hit hard by the hurricanes and are still fixing stuff to get back to pristine. But overall great trip....
