"Clean,friendly staff,convenient,good location, ,good breakfast"

"Gewoon prima"

"Very nice base to go to grottoes and hanging monastery. The “old” town is modern reconstruction. Quick walk to drum tower and walking street."

"Beautifully designed, charming hotel in the middle of ancient town. Staff were very polite & helpful. Special thanks to Leo & Nancy who made our stay very comfortable. Also the dynamic Manager Crystal who supported with all the necessary arrangements. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to explore the area."

"Lots of thoughtful touches. Well appointed room, jasmine tea leaves with a tea service in the room. Extensive personal breakfast, with good coffee and choice of Western or Chinese option. Great location in the middle of ancient city - everything is happening outside your doors and yet peaceful courtyard. Free Pickup and drop off from train station was a nice service with courteous attention. Overall well run hotel and well appointed. Parting gift of intricately paper cut motifs.’"

"The hotel is quite dated and could benefit from renovations. After checking in, I discovered that the air conditioning in my room was not working. The front desk promptly moved me to another room, but it appeared to have similar issues. There were also noticeable stains in the bathroom. More, the wifi is not working well. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay."
