"Compared to all the other dirty and outworn hotels we stayed at in São Paulo this was the best. But that being said it wasn’t clean in the corners - old yeast in the bathroom and dust here and there. Not what you expect from this type of hotel- but seems to be the “standard” in São Paulo. Dinner wasn’t too good- breakfast was quite ok."

"The hotel overall is nice - great location, big rooms and a very good breakfast!!! But be aware of noise - not only from all the construction sites around the hotel (out of the hands of the hotel) but also from internal parties and conferences at the hotel. To get away from construction noise (and there is a lot!!) I was recommended by the hotel to book Executive room on the top floor (most expensive category) which I did - only then to realise that these rooms are just under the top floor...

Despite Paulista Avenue is not considered the financial hub anymore (Faria Lima is the area where white collars work), the area is still of cultural interest and linked with metro and full dining options around. The hotel is gay friendly and the gym is very nice. The breakfast is also great. Full of international travellers. "

"We booked a room for 4 people but there were only sheets and blankets for 2 people. We requested more and got some sheets, but we never had an extra blanket. The room was quite cold so we had a cold night. The location is really good, and the rooms are clean. However its a bit noisy. THe breakfast is very good."
