"Compared to all the other dirty and outworn hotels we stayed at in São Paulo this was the best. But that being said it wasn’t clean in the corners - old yeast in the bathroom and dust here and there. Not what you expect from this type of hotel- but seems to be the “standard” in São Paulo. Dinner wasn’t too good- breakfast was quite ok."

"Well - a medium/average hotel in the mid/higher price range dir São Paulo and if for business I don’t understand why cheap hotels have fast/great internet and expensive hotels have lousy internet… I haven’t switched on a TV on a hotel for four years and still hotels think this is important. Will I choose this hotel again, no"

"The hotel overall is nice - great location, big rooms and a very good breakfast!!!
But be aware of noise - not only from all the construction sites around the hotel (out of the hands of the hotel) but also from internal parties and conferences at the hotel. To get away from construction noise (and there is a lot!!) I was recommended by the hotel to book Executive room on the top floor (most expensive category) which I did - only then to realise that these rooms are just under the top floor...
