The staff were outstanding…too many to mention, but here are a few: Lovina buffet restaurant), Rose (housekeeping), Kershana (activities) and yoga master Vernon! Food was great, esp on the Verandah and Trattoria. Only negative was Hermina at the reservations desk…her blunt negative attitude stood out amongst everyone else’s easy, friendly demeanour. "My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
