this resort had the worst service from the moment we got there. It took two hours from the airport to get there yet. They had us wait another two hours before they could check us in to our room. We got to our room and our bracelets couldn’t even unlock the door. We were locked out with our luggage. Anytime we would get something to eat. It would be missing things that were listed on the menu. they always ran out of everything including drinks. We ran out of water in our hotel room and requested more from the front desk. You’re lucky if they will even answer the phone when you call down to the front desk in order to reach them, we would have to call and redial about five times and that’s not even me being dramatic. It took three hours for them to deliver water to our room. Water is not accessible. Our room smelled of mildew and we had it moved. Thank you to Victor from guest services for being one of the only helpful people who work there. Beautiful island and we experienced so many sites and some very nice workers but overall, we did not feel welcome. A lot of the people who work there have attitudes and make faces when anyone speaks to them or asks a question. When using the resorts facilities and speaking to the other people who are staying there, everyone was in agreement. If you were to ask anyone who stood there during that time. Last week they would give you the same exact response I’m giving you, even worse.
