"I wil say that the room was clean. We checked in late at night and the man at the desk at that hour kind of gave me the heebie jeebies. I did not realize that this hotel has exterior entrances right to the parking lot - I would not have picked that for a trip with several young adult girls if I had realized. The water pressure in the sink was crazy and sounded like a flood and the pillows were super lumpy. BUT - it was clean and well kept. It wasn't terrible but I'll choose differently next...

"The mirror in front of the sinks was cracked, and when we first walked in, there were dirty towels on the floor and the walls were dirty. When we tried to shower, the water wouldn’t drain properly. On our last day, there was no running water at all, so we couldn’t shower or even use the bathroom. On top of that, we had to turn off the air conditioning because it started to smell like smoke. Overall, the room was not clean or properly maintained, and these issues made our stay very uncomfortable."

"They refused my booking through Expedia, manager “Luis” stated that there is no booking by my name."

"The aircondition smelt molded and the whole room stank from that. No possible to open window. Water was dripping inside room. there was so much noise from aircon system even though mine were turned off. Blackout curtain didn’t go all the way down to window. Had a cockroach in my room which I mentioned to them, laying dead on the floor. Room service did not remove that. But folded the toilet paper into flowers"

"For what I paid it’s wasn’t worth the money."

"The property was clean!"

"Great place to stay in the Bryan-College Station area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Extremely clean. Very convenient to Texas 6 highway. Shopping minutes away."

"Never have I experienced this thin walls in a hotel, and my co-worker had the same in their room on diffrent floors. This gave me a 1-star experience, as I could participate in the conversations of the neighbours next to me, and hear their television all the time. The heating system was extreme, it blew out strong hot air, and added even more noise. This hotel didn't offer any peace and quiet at all, and I was exhausting to stay here during a businesstrip, or really any travel. I wouldn't...

"Staff was very friendly!"

"The HVAC is so loud. The system had an awful high pitch sound. We were unable to run it while in the room. Management said they were sold out and couldn't change rooms. But on line they still had rooms available. They did offer a refund but it was a game weekend so there wasn't much available for the same price since we booked months in advance. The weather wasn't too hot so we were lucky we could open the windows"
