"The room was a bit dated and the shower head was awkwardly situated on top of the tap which made me have to bend. However, breakfast was plentiful of local and international choice, and the swimming pool was nice."

"🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"Staff at Cassia are super attentive.
Unfortunately for me, I came down with fever and gastroenteritis .
Everything tasted bad at lunch yesterday.
A comfortable bed, and all's fine this morning.

"This is my 4th stay at Montigo. I think the property has aged a lot since my last stay. I will likely not return anymore.
First, the property is poorly maintained. We stayed at the 5 bedroom villa. One of the rooms smell of mold and mildew. One corner of the bedroom has black spots on the ceiling that looks like mold but we can’t verify or confirm if it is. Broken tiles in the pool that makes it unsafe for young kids.
The villa is also not cleaned properly. Floor is dusty with dirt spots....

"The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless.
Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was...
