"The hotel room was very clean and nice , only thing no ice bucket so we had to use a bag and we asked and staff said they didn’t have any for us, otherwise it was clean the beds were comfortable and everything else was good , would stay again and hopefully the pool and hot tub will be open , restaurants are across the street so you have a few choices and a 2 min walk there"

"We had a single overnight stay on our motorbike tour around. Nice and easy check-in and very nice waiters in the restaurant. Super sweet, funny and wonderful service by Marina."

"The fellow checking in was the most friendly person, and was so helpful later. Would definitely recommend it on this fellow"

"Staff were helpful and nice"

"our family loves staying at the watermark"

"The room had some issues with the TV and the staff tried to solve them but could not. They were VERY SHORT STAFFED everywhere and that affected our experience. The restaurants, particularly the restaurant at the pub, Sonora Dunes, was terrible. Both times we went there they messed up our orders. The service was dismal. The waitress, completely ignored us so rectifying anything took a lot of time. They ran out of food, getting served at all was challenging. Basically it was very expensive...
