"It was decent but the staff were struggling...kept giving us different times to check in then sent us to a room they werent finished cleaning"

"Alletiders seng og tæt på fortæring"

"I got the whirlpool room and let me tell u! It was wonderful and breakfast was pretty good also! Thank you all! We will be back!"

"During my stay it seems like the main floor AC was broken and the entire first floor was very hot and humid for entry and breakfast. I'm addition the pool was so cold as to not be useable."

"Well taken care of and staff was excellent."

"Room Was not clean. Fridge in room was absolutely disgusting and had a horrific smell. Bathroom was not clean. No one was ever at the front desk. Key card issues."

"Great hotel, and affordable!!! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the property was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, we loved our waffles! Only negatives were the hotel has a odd smell, that carried from the lobby to hallways. The pool was green and gross. It's October so one one was gonna swim anyway but my kid kept looking out the window at it and saying it was gross. Negatives were not bad in my book. I am glad to have found this hotel I do travel to...

"There were roaches in the room. During a trip from Georgia to Raleigh, NC, our alternator unexpectedly failed at 3 a.m., and we limped into the hotel parking lot. We spent the night while Firestone in Thomasville, NC, kindly replaced the alternator. Unfortunately, we could not get a clear estimate for when the car would be ready. The hotel front desk insisted on payment for another night. Thanks to one of the housekeepers, we were able to check out later with two people and a service dog,...

"The overall appearance was nice"

"I really liked the fact that it was extremely quiet!"

"Excellent stay, loved proximity to downtown and very friendly staff"

"Although not at all fancy, it was completely adequate. The room was sparkling clean, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was good."

"When checking in, the staff complained about High Point University customers. We were such customers and were staying at this hotel for the first time. We will not be staying there again due to the poor treatment of a segment of their customer base. We regret exploring the Atrium Inn as an option. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The bathroom had an old jacuzzi sytle tub that made getting into it for a shower a bit dangerous. The shower curtain was too small so the bathroom floor was flooded making getting out of that tub even more dangerous. The bed was comfortable but the mattress cover was old and torn. The desk chair was broken and the arms were disgusting. At least there were no bedbugs."
