We were taking our youngest 2 granddaughters to the Zoo for the first time and he was just so helpful with different suggestions. The next morning for breakfast was hectic but this gentleman was very professional, kind, and helpful. Everything was very nice and clean. Thank you for a very stressful stay. "

No e of us were able to make it function, so she gladly made arrangements to find us another room we could stay in for the night! Both rooms we were in were spotless!!
