"Clean room"

"The pillows and mattress were competing with each other :: no needs to be softer and the other needs to be more firm. The ‘side’ yard, when you first turn on, is a muddy mess and needs landscaping. Your staff is incredible and so helpful."

"Det lugtede af mug. Opholdet var dyrt og det skulle være et “dyrt” sted men det mindede om et 2 stjernet hotel. Jeg vil ikke anbefale nogle at besøge det! "

"Very bad bed. Noise from room above, could hear their water running."

"The bathroom was almost too small to turn around in. No water pressure in the sink."

"Poor choices of breakfast"

"This hotel is clean and has a very friendly staff and good breakfast. Karl did a great job of taking care of us at breakfast, he was friendly and helpful."

"The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Otherwise, it is absolutely awful. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is stained, and the hotel is clearly not maintained. We had to request a room change as the first room had a pungent, musty smell as if it were recently flooded. Upon leaving I asked for a receipt to show that I had not made any incidental charges to the credit card authorization they took. I literally had to argue with the front desk representative to get one. This...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could use some help. We stayed 3 days and it was the same food every day."

"Seemed like a newer or renovated hotel. Elevator was very small with just enough space for a small luggage cart and 2 people. The room was also quite small with very low ceilings ( I could almost touch the ceiling standing flat footed and I am 5'9") and very narrow with limited lighting. There was no light switch accessible from the bed except for a very bright light that cast a strong glare onto the TV. Finally, the breakfast was horrible! We were the first to arrive just as food was being set...

"Other"

"Renovation still going on in the lobby but the rest of the property was beautiful. Laminate flooring in the rooms is fabulous. So easy to keep clean. Lots of well placed outlets. Both men I encountered at the desk were pleasant and helpful. Location great for visiting New River Gorge NP."

"Room was clean but rug was dirty and footstool was so worn couldn’t see the color. Breakfast was super cold."

"This hotel could use a complete updating."

"Under construction. Hallways not clean. Rooms need updated."

"The bed was good. The room carpet was dirty. The breakfast was average but staff kept the brekfast area very clean. Overall, it was a 2 star motel."

"Poor breakfast. Choices were instant oatmeal and cold cereal. Breakfast items were never restocked the 3 days we were there."
